smoke curls around your

lips

my eyes wander down your hips



following my gaze my

brain a step behind

taking you in



the gaze that

wanders back to your

face

meeting the same

passion sparked inferno

behind those

eyes of yours



force myself to focus

elsewhere- on that dark

sky and horizon that blend

together behind you

focus- focus on the abyss

and the crash

of impending sea side tides.



my skin tingles as my blood

pulses through my veins  and

travels from my heart to my head

to my stomach to

my throat  to my toes

and my heart it

shrinks and it grows



the smoke swirls and

circles into my

peripherals



cant stop the grin

that dominates my

face like

spider glass cracks



and i see that



remarkable heart-

                   stoppable

smile.
